YOGYAKARTA, Rain drop is not good if let it flow into river or aqueduct, because actually can be accommodated as ground water supply. Based on it, simple innovation namely "Lubang Resapan Berpori", developed by Biopore Team, Yogyakarta.
Team member that are from Care Environment Society, RW 11 Wirobrajans, Yogyakarta. Monday (20/10) afternoon presented gathering dialogue with citizen, and demonstrated of making "Lubang Resapan Berpori (LRB)".
LBR are made by manual drill trough the ground about one metre depth. Here in after at top section of hole, placed small circle concrete, or precisely in one size conblock hexagon cement. Precise above concrete is attached iron stick as filter.
LBR are here in after filled by organic garbage to push biopore in form of cave (small tunnel; cutting) that formed by ground fauna or plants root activities. At the rain season, as soon as water entered hole, it will hit organic garbage. Process here in after; garbage is collected as harvest on dry season as plants manure.
